The Client

Advanced Medaesthetics Partners (AMP) is a company that partners with medical spas, dermatology and plastic surgery centers providing them financial resources to scale the business and providing infrastructure in different areas like Business Intelligence, Technology, Marketing, Accounting among others.

The Challenge

The client hired GM2 to be their development arm, helping the company’s systems architect to develop a Business Intelligence and AI-powered decision making platform to support multiple centers.

The Solution

We are in the first phase of the project, gathering data from multiple APIs to generate a Data Warehouse that will be consumed at the beginning by reporting services and later by ML models to provide insights and forecasting to the company.

The Results

We successfully built a Data Warehouse and different API integrations with Systems like Zenoti, Nextech, Cerbo, Daysmart among others, and a powerful process of Extraction and Transformation that is helping to the different business areas to get insights about the financial and productivity metrics to improve their internal processes, and lead to a better profitability.

This is a Staff Augmentation project, where we provide experts in Data Warehousing and Backend programming to help the client reach their vision.

With the passing of the weeks the client had the confidence to leave in our hands different aspects of the architecture and design of the solution. Every week, we meet with the client showing them the progress of the development and to plan the next steps.
