We provided a comprehensive e-commerce solution, optimizing web performance, streamlining purchases, and boosting conversions for VSG globally.

VSG was facing a number of problems, including slow load times, a confusing purchase process, and distractions that were hindering their conversion rates. They needed a complete overhaul of their e-commerce platform to keep up with the competition.
We started by implementing a discovery and UX process to identify and address the key pain points that were holding VSG back. We optimized web performance, designed a seamless product customization feature, and re-categorized products to generate a more agile purchase flow to increase their conversion rates, and do a full redesign on top of their existing Shopify site.We also proposed a global control mechanism to manage each different store on each country with different currencies and wording, and focused on usability problems.
