The Challenge
Our client lacked the expertise and resources to effectively manage their e-commerce website, and it was hindering their business growth. Their website was slow, difficult to navigate, and not optimized for mobile devices.
The Solution
With our team of eCommerce engineers, we relaunched CBDfx website, resulting in significant increase in performance and user engagement. The new website was faster, more secure, and better optimized for mobile devices.
Additionally, the multi-country/multi-currency setup allowed our client to expand their customer base and improve their global reach.
The Results
We migrated their ecommerce website to a new cloud service, and implemented security enhancements to prevent attacks. Implemented an A/B testing DNS mechanism to drive a small and controlled portion of users to the new features, to measure the impact on the conversion rate. Implemented a multi country / multi currency setup using the same primary domain. Improved the overall site performance on mobile and desktop. Performed UX improvements to increase conversion rates
